  • Refunds and Exchanges

    At this time, Kwonsy is not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All products are checked carefully before dispatch to ensure their quality. All sales are final.

  • Shipping and Processing Time

    The current processing time for orders is 1-3 days. You will be sent an email notification when your order has been dispatched. 

    You order has tracked shipping and you will be provided with a link to track your package.

    Covid-19 has had severe impacts on delivery times and while you will be provided with an estimated delivery date, please allow at least 10 business days after the date marked as shipped before claiming the package as lost. 

  • Items Were Lost or Did Not Arrive

    Kwonsy is not responsible for orders lost in transit as, once an order is dropped at the postal office, it is out of my hands. However, if you suspect your order has been lost, please contact me so I can provide you with a link to claim this with the postal company.
